When can I get started?
Right after payment. Your access details arrive within seconds by e-mail to the address you enter here.
Why do you need my country?
For VAT only. We are an EU company and have to show the tax rate of your country. We do not need an address.
Does my volume ever expire?
No. Your credit stays valid indefinitely. Whether you use it in a week or spread it over five years makes no difference.
Do I have to cancel later?
No. A block is not a subscription – there is no term, no monthly payment and nothing to cancel.
Can I buy more volume later?
At any time. New volume is simply added to your existing credit. Your remaining credit is always visible in your account.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. The connection is encrypted with 256-bit TLS/SSL and the payment runs through the respective provider. We never store card details.
