What is the difference between subscription and prepaid?
The service is identical – full speed, unlimited traffic, the same servers. The only difference is how you pay: the subscription renews automatically and is therefore cheaper. Prepaid ends by itself and you decide again each time.
Will my price go up later?
No. What you pay when you sign up is what you pay for good. We do not work with introductory prices that rise after a year.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled monthly, the yearly plan at the end of its term. With prepaid there is nothing to cancel – the access ends by itself anyway.
How can I pay?
By SEPA direct debit, credit card, various cryptocurrencies or iDEAL/Wero.
What happens at the end of a prepaid term?
Access simply ends. We get in touch in good time so you can renew if you want to – nothing happens automatically.
Can I try the access first?
