When do I get my access details?
Right after payment, by e-mail to the address you enter here, within seconds.
I already have a plan – can I still buy?
Yes, at any time. We add the new term to your existing one automatically – not a day is lost and you do not have to wait for the old access to run out. That also applies if your current access is a subscription.
Why do you need my country?
For VAT only. We are an EU company and have to show the tax rate of your country. We do not need an address.
Does my access renew automatically?
No. Prepaid never renews by itself. The access ends when the paid period is over – without you doing anything.
What happens at the end of the term?
Access simply ends. We get in touch in good time so you can renew if you want to – nothing happens automatically.
Why does prepaid cost more than the subscription?
Because nothing renews automatically and you decide again each time. If you stay for good, the subscription from €3.98/month works out cheaper.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. The connection is encrypted with 256-bit TLS/SSL and the payment runs through the respective provider. We never store card details.
