That depends on the product you have chosen. Our 60 Mbit/s and 500 Mbit/s products are one-time purchases and are not automatically renewed. They expire automatically after the agreed period. Our 2000 Mbit/s products, on the other hand, are automatically renewed.

You can upgrade your product yourself to a higher speed. Via 'Product & Payment' you can upgrade the current product yourself. The price difference for the remaining period is calculated automatically. We use a minimum amount of € 2.50

The error code 502 is not an error code from easyusenet. But this means that you want to connect to another usenet platform. Check your settings and change them to those of easyusenet.
